Purchasing Policy: Due to the limited quantity of these consigned items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. We strive to provide accurate and unedited clear photos for each listed pre-owned item. Please take the time to review each photo and read the description and item rating in detail before making your purchase as we have a zero tolerance policy for buyers remorse. In the extremely rare case that an item is grossly misrepresented, we will be holding back a 10% restocking fee (we document and rate all items and all details are posted in each listing) and under no circumstance will be refunding your shipping charge. A reminder you are purchasing a pre-owned item which may come with signs of use. We encourage you to purchase at retail of you wish to have a brand new or never worn item. Website Updates: Please note that we are uploading product photos and resale pricing on an ongoing basis. At times, there may be a delay in uploading product photos and resale pricing while authenticating items. As stated above, please be sure to ask all questions prior to your purchase. We reserve the right the cancel any order.
Showroom Policies: We are a members only showroom and office space, all in one ... we are not a traditional retailer which is why we ask for appointments to be made. All showroom attendees must have two valid government issued ID's upon entry. We also require full facial recognition prior to entry. If you show up without an appointment, we may not be able to assist you, and require you to make an appointment to come back. During the winter months, we require that all boots and shoes be removed prior to entering the showroom. We are thrilled to share our showroom space with you, when you book an appointment. Our business is designed to be online.
Making an Appointment: To make an appointment to view the showroom, please email info@valamode.com with your full name and the items you are interested in viewing. We require you to have a member's account prior to your visit. If you show up without an appointment, staff may not be able to assist you and ask that you come back once an appointment has been made. Please note that you must have a complete registered account which will require two government issued ID's.
