We are looking for staff that is outgoing personality and has a positive attitude. Must have exceptional communication, team work, and problem solving skills. Must work very well in a fast paced and agile environment and be highly driven, motivated and adaptable. Creativity is key and you will also need to have exceptional computer skills.

Manager -Must be available during the weekdays and must be available on some Saturdays

In this role you will demonstrate ownership for the retail location by maximizing store productivity and profitability. You’ll develop plans to achieve sales and productivity goals, and work closely with the executive lead to evaluate market information and create strategies that can impact showroom and online results. 

  • Maintain the organization & flow of products
  • Maintain calendar of events and client showroom bookings
  • Research, evaluate handbags and accessories
  • Create listings for inventory & maintaining inventory
  • Ensure that all client queries & concerns are addressed in a timely manner
  • Supporting the sales floor coverage and any other call to action customer service duties that may arise
  • Ensure that all data entry is accurate and efficient
  • Ensure the showroom is presentable at all times
  • Ensure clients receive the best of the best service and care
  • Create a positive onboarding experience for new clients
  • Overseeing interactions with the public by implementing social media platform creation and content strategies
  • Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions and planning digital campaigns to build the community online
  • Coordinate all online orders and prepare them to be shipped
  • Understanding the importance of sensitive & confidential information

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in retail, e-commerce or business setting
  • Detail oriented & highly organized
  • Ability to problem solve in dynamic environments
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients
  • Tech savvy with the ability to work with multiple tech devices, google drive and apple products
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Experience in or extensive appreciation & knowledge of Luxury & Historical Fashion Brands
  • A criminal record check will be required
